The room was spacious AND thoughtfully designed. I loved the seating area with a table. I found the kitchen to be equipped well. Staff WAS excellent.

The location near Victoria Station proved convenient. The staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. The hotel's interior design impressed me. The fresh room offered comfort, especially the bathroom facilities, VERY good.

The room cleaning could use some improvement. I returned around 4 p.m. and the room was not cleaned, this required me to ask for it again. I think they could pay attention to detail.

i had a great room. it was well laid out. the decor was also nice. the location is excellent. getting around the city was easy. the staff were amazing. they were interested in what i did.

the room cleaning was terrible. i came back around 4 p.m., and the room hadn't been cleaned. i had to ask for it again. the towels i had used the day before and left on the floor were just hung back up. there are also some homeless people around. the hotel is close to a train station and a bus terminal.
